                       It was a pleasure meeting you at the 3L /Alumni Mixer & Gala Reception at


               school  yesterday.    Thanks  for  the  advice  on  Professor  X’s  final  exams.    I  will
               certainly be reading the footnotes in the casebook from now on!  I really want to


               do  well  in  that  class  as  it’s  directly  related  to  the  field  I  wish  to  pursue  upon
               graduation.

                       As  you  recommended,  I  contacted  Denny Crane  to  discuss potential  job

               openings at Crane, Poole, and Schmidt.  We have arranged to meet next Tuesday

               in  his  office.    Please  let  me  know  you  have  any  further  suggestions  for  people

               whom I should contact regarding open positions. I have attached my resume for

               your review.

                       Thank you so much for your suggestions. I hope to see you at the City Bar

               Association general meeting next Friday.
